Abstract: Strategic networks in which firms are embedded help to explain a firm|s behaviour and performance. However, there is little empirical evidence of the relationship between networking, production and process innovativeness. Using data from an automotive supplier network in northeast Spain, the empirical results found that high-cooperation companies do more in-house training and teamwork than low-cooperation suppliers. No significant relationship was found with Just-in-Time delivery.
