Title: The analysis of the public administration officers' education background

Abstract: This paper focuses on the survey results of the public administration officers| education background in project partner countries – Spain, Greece, Poland and Czech Republic. This project is financed from European programme Leonardo da Vinci (No. PL/04/B/F/PP/174425). The goal of the presented project is to find the officers| training needs and according to this to find the education topics. When we will have the topic, the project can continue in e-learning course preparation.
