Abstract: A safety risk perception method of high-rise building construction process based on digital twin technology is proposed to address the problems of low recall rate, low perception accuracy, and long perception time in traditional risk perception. Firstly, the improved grey relational analysis method is used to screen the factors affecting construction safety. Secondly, the dimension of the influencing factor data is reduced through local linear embedding method. Finally, a security risk perception architecture based on digital twin technology is constructed, establishing a bidirectional mapping between physical construction space and virtual information space, defining construction risk index, and introducing coupling influence terms between factors to achieve security risk perception. The experimental results show that the recall rate of the influencing factors of the proposed method ranges from 96.57% to 99.06%, the accuracy remains stable between 96.76% and 97.89%, and the perception time ranges from 0.62 s to 0.87 s.
