Abstract: Issue 4 of the International Journal of Learning and Intellectual Capital features a collection of five papers addressing crucial issues for competitiveness: building intellectual capital, managing strategic knowledge and identifying best human resource practices. The collection of papers provides in depth analysis of these issues in different sectors (logistic sector, transportation sector, etc.) and countries (India, Iran, and Vietnam), sharing knowledge and insights on how to build a more sustainable future for all.
