Abstract: Creative leadership plays an indispensable role in motivating and inspiring workers in order to do what is new for excellence and necessary for the survival and growth of these companies. This study aimed to examine the impact of creative leadership viewed in terms of visionary leadership, originality, creative behaviour and creative organisational context, on the three main pillars of sustainability (economic, social and environmental) in Jordanian hospitals. This study also sought to determine the mediating effect of organisational culture on the relationship between creative leadership and sustainability in these hospitals. The study aimed to examine the impact of creative leadership viewed in terms of visionary leadership, originality, creative behaviour and creative organisational context, on the three main pillars of sustainability (economic, social and environmental) in Jordanian hospitals. This study also sought to determine the mediating effect of organisational culture on the relationship between creative leadership and sustainability in these hospitals.
