Abstract: This study explores the connections between digital transformation practices (DTP) and sustainable development of the organisation in terms of social, environmental, and economic. Second, the study explores the role of ethics as a moderator between the connection of DTP and sustainable development from the domain of China. Therefore, we used a total of seven hundred and ninety-one questionnaires to assess the empirical outcomes. It found that DTP (e.g., cloud computing, data analytics, internet of things (IoT) implementation, renewable energy integration, remote work enablement, green IT practices, and green data center designs) positively correlated with organisations' sustainable development. Moreover, the study affirmed a moderating effect of ethics between the connection of DTP and sustainable development. Besides, this study provided the lines for managerial implications along with theoretical implications.
