Abstract: In the current context, hotels must enhance their flexibility and adapt their services to meet the needs of their customers by offering a wide range of services and quickly adapting to changes in design and volume. The purpose of this paper is to study the impact of supplier innovativeness on supply chain integration (SCI) and flexibility. Furthermore, SCI is explored as a mediator between supplier innovativeness and flexibility. PLS was used to test the proposed model. The data were collected from a representative sample of four and five-star hotels in Egypt through a personal questionnaire. The software used is WarpPLS 8.0. The results show that supplier innovativeness influences SCI and flexibility. Likewise, there is a positive relationship between SCI and flexibility. Specifically, there is a positive influence of internal integration and customer integration on flexibility. The findings indicate that customer integration and internal integration mediate the relationship between outsourcing supplier innovation and flexibility. Therefore, there is a direct and indirect effect between supplier innovativeness and flexibility.
