Abstract: The convergence of organisational readiness and the combination of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and I 4.0 present a synergistic opportunity for achieving technological future-driven transformation. Drawing insights from 140 industry professionals across various industries such as telecommunications, equipment, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, and consumer electronics, the study examines critical factors such as top management support, government policies, competitive pressure, and vendor and partner support from the technological, organisation and environment (TOE) model. This study examines the impacts of seamless integration of select technologies with internal and external stakeholder consensus and alignment on implementation. Integration could transform enterprise growth plans and improved collaboration on technology-driven techniques serves to be of mutual benefit to enterprises. The combination of academic research and industry insights demonstrates how organisational and technology readiness, as well as stakeholder alignment, could lead to a path towards a future driven by more substantial technological convergence.
