Abstract: The study aims to investigate the adoption of smart technology in real estate for quality client service. In recent years, the use of technology in real estate has increased, such as in app-based society and resident services. The study collected empirical data from 487 real estate executives through purposive sampling. The survey was conducted using a structured questionnaire. Findings suggest that speed of delivery, enjoyment of using the technology, and control of the technology are more important in the acceptance of smart technology in real estate for quality service delivery. Further, perceived value and perceived trust have a significant positive role in the adoption of smart technology for client services. Conversely, the perceived risk significantly negatively impacts adopting smart technology in real estate for quality client service. Theoretically, this study contributes by extending the applications of technology adoption in real estate for offering quality services to clients.
