Abstract: Thai fresh longan is a significant product from Northern Thailand, of which the biggest export is to China. Poor performance of cold chain exporting will lose the potential and quality of a perishable product. In this sense, this research aimed to develop the cold chain performance measurement for Thai fresh longan exporting and identify the critical performance factors. To achieve the research objective, the researchers developed the hierarchy of cold chain performance factors. Then, five experts in the fresh longan export supply chain are interviewed to identify the weight factors prioritisation using the fuzzy AHP technique. After that, this performance measurement was applied with two case studies exporters in Thailand. The result indicated that the most critical cold chain performance efficiency factors were quality and safety, cost, traceability, and reliability. It was concluded that this performance measurement was practical and could support decision-makers on export cold chain logistics performance.
