Abstract: This research sought to determine if Kosovo manufacturing enterprises' business growth rates are linked to green initiative investments, product promotion, and environmental culture. Researchers use quantitative methodologies. The primary data collection method is a questionnaire. Kosovo hosted the survey. For data analysis, 105 questionnaires were employed. Manufacturing enterprises invest mostly in renewable energy and factory insulation. Green projects are unequally funded by the firm's annual growth in renewable energy, clean production technologies, insulating buildings and factories, and recycling. There is also a strong positive association between enterprises that invest more in green product features and environmental culture. This research is significant because no prior study has focused on green initiatives, practices, and investments for the entire manufacturing sector in the country. It highlights the need to study managers' challenges in adopting and implementing green initiatives.

Keywords: firms; green initiatives; green products; environmental culture; performance.
