Abstract: Microcontroller Unit (MCU) has become one of the key cores of intelligent and informational electronic devices, but recently, high-risk hardware vulnerabilities of microcontrollers have been frequently disclosed. This paper proposes several methods for railway protection microcontrollers based on existing microcontroller vulnerability detection tools and research on confirmed high-risk microcontroller vulnerabilities, and relevant hardware needs to be effectively protected from vulnerabilities. The paper provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the safe vulnerability protection of railway microcontrollers.
