Abstract: This study explores the extent to which the Jordanian legislator uses digital evidence before the administrative courts and its legal bearing in protecting the rights of individuals when dealing with their use in administration. The paper concludes by discussing approaches to challenging the validity of digital evidence before the administrative judge. The absence of legislation on evidence in the administrative judiciary. This study adopts the descriptive analytical approach to analyse the legislative texts related to the subject, followed by comparing the Jordanian and Egyptian legislative systems to identify the strengths and weaknesses. This study found that the Jordanian and comparative legislation stipulates that the authoritativeness of digital documents has the same power as the authoritativeness of an ordinary written document in proof, provided that it is preserved from change and can be referred to at any time and that it identifies the person from whom it was issued.
