The study is descriptive as it includes survey of 603 trainees who have taken entrepreneurial training from rural self-employment institutes (RSETIs). Data was collected using questionnaire. Respondents were selected purposively from nine districts of Punjab (India). The collected data was analysed using garret ranking method. The result of the analysis revealed that most important barrier in entrepreneurial success of the trainees is negative attitude of the family and society, followed by financial constraints.
