Abstract: In this paper, we propose new algorithms to allocate cloud resources for a composition of IaaS services in multi-cloud environment. First, we use Gomory-Hu transformation in order to identify the critical components of the user request. Second, the proposed algorithms use the computing and networking costs to select best suitable clouds to host the critical components. Some simulation results are presented to evaluate the performances of our algorithms.
