Abstract: This paper explores how human activities relating to capitalism caused catastrophic environmental issues faced today, including pollution, global warming, desertification and diseases. It considers the potential solution of ecopreneurship to address climate change and other environmental issues with an extensive systematic literature review in the neglected research context of Jordan. The paper aims to encourage other researchers to study this topic further while taking into consideration Jordanian culture and market factors, identifying several gaps in the literature that need to be filled in future research, in order to enlarge knowledge on ecopreneurship.

Keywords: ecopreneurship; education; environment; sustainability.
