Abstract: Industrial performance has become the main aim of production systems regarding the actual competitiveness pressure, industrial development and environment constraints. Hence, dealing with maintenance from a logistics vision to define maintenance logistics system is a new promising framework boosting availability improvement and industrial performance. A survey study was conducted in the Moroccan industrial context to evaluate industrials' perception about lean implementation benefits in maintenance logistics, concluding its positive impact on four fields of benefit; among others maintenance logistics environment and human factor culture which is considered the most difficult to align on the lean culture. In addition, the human factor perspective, being an important key to reach sustainable performance, still stays poorly exploited in maintenance area. To activate the human factor potential, we define the sustainable maintenance logistics framework covering all maintenance resources. To this end, we propose a new sustainable map integrating lean culture and experience feedback within Industry 4.0 perspective.
