The population in this study was all SMCEs mentors in the Department of Cooperatives, Industry, and Trade of Malang (northeast, central and southwest) that depend on agribusiness. Then, the sample was 80 SMCEs, data was collected by direct observation to the field in a participatory manner and investigation was performed by relapse. The results demonstrated that the factors recognised in the SMCEs' business progress model were 66.2%. In the meantime, whenever seen from the degree of impact, it is generally negligible, which is just 43.9%. In any case, the after-effects of this examination are a decent initial phase in understanding the genuine state of SMEs in Malang.
