Abstract: This study aims to measure the extent of the implementation of the ERP system and its impact on the performance of pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in Jordan. The population consisted of all users of ERP systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing companies. A convenience sampling technique was conducted. A set of descriptive and inferential statistical techniques were used to analyse the data. There was a significant effect of the implementation of ERP systems on performance. Furthermore, the quality of information mean was high with no significant impact on the performance of companies. Moreover, there were differences in the level of implementing ERP systems due to the number of years that companies have implemented them, and the level of staff use of ERP systems due to the number of years of their practice on these systems. This implies the need to educate and train staff about a different aspect of these systems.
