Abstract: The purpose of this work is to Evaluating the impact of lean tools and MUDA on organisations green performance using hybrid multi criteria decision-making techniques in an uncertain environment for the Iranian automotive industry. In this research, hybrid DEMATEL approach, fuzzy analytical network process and ELECTREE III were developed to achieve the mentioned aim and 12 experts and senior managers of the company comments were collected in each method. At first, literature review and previous studies were examined on the same topic and effective lean MUDA on organisations green performance were identified. In the next step, cause and effect relationships were identified among each factor using fuzzy DEMATEL. Among all the evaluated factors, just-in-time manufacturing system included the most interaction rate with the other factors. Then, the weights of different factors were determined based on fuzzy analytical network process. Finally, factors weights were determined by ELECTREE III and important work halls in SAIPA were ranked. Assembly, body and paint rooms stood in the first to third order, respectively. The obtained results of weighing by two methods of network analytical process and ELECTREE III were closely similar to each other and just-in-time manufacturing system factor allocated the first priority to itself in both methods.
