Abstract: It is presumed that the supply digitisation and interconnection will bring new potential risks for organisations to face. Therefore, this paper aims to explore crucial Supply Chain 4.0 risks and to investigate the connection vulnerability between them. A total of 14 Supply Chain 4.0 risks have been identified through the existing literature and experts' opinions. The interpretive structural modelling (ISM) approach is used to analyse the interactions among Supply Chain 4.0 risks to develop a hierarchical structural model. The proposed model helps in understanding the dependence among the Supply Chain 4.0 risks. Besides, by using MICMAC analysis, the importance of Supply Chain 4.0 risks was determined on the basis of their driving and dependence power. This study gives managers a better understanding of Supply Chain 4.0 risks that have most influence on others. Moreover; this work may help practitioners to prioritise which risks need to be addressed.
