Abstract: The existing integrated planning methods of emergency logistics warehouse allocation have some problems, such as low service satisfaction of emergency logistics centre, high transportation cost of emergency materials and low transportation efficiency. Under the Internet+ mode, an integrated planning method for emergency logistics warehouse configuration is proposed. On the premise of service capacity constraints, operation cost constraints, land resource constraints and timeliness constraints, the cost and maximum service level are minimised as the objective function of integrated planning for emergency logistics warehouse allocation. Establish EME equilibrium planning model and logistics warehouse. The multi-objective equilibrium programming model of enterprise emergency logistics warehouse allocation is solved by genetic algorithm, and the optimal planning strategy to realise the integration of enterprise emergency logistics warehouse allocation is obtained. The experimental results show that this method can improve service level, reduce transportation cost and improve transportation efficiency.
