Abstract: The objective of this study is to evaluate how the existing processes flow in supply chain management (SCM) and knowledge management (KM) work and how they are applied in organisational environments. Both areas of knowledge - knowledge management and supply chain management - are usually handled independently. Based on the review of the literature, mainly with the databases of Science Direct and Emerald, we propose a hybrid model that embraces the two forms of interaction. Finally, the article presents the conclusions of the study and presents proposals for future research.

Keywords: supply chain; knowledge management; collaborative intelligence; organisational environments.
