Abstract: Environmental sustainability issues have drawn more attention in the 21st century than ever before due to environmental degradation and climate change. Sustainability is a buzzword in present scenario in business world globally which leads to the advent of a novel research conception in the domain of management and business. The focus of current research is to comprehend the function of green human resource management practices (GHRM) on sustainability. A structured bibliometric analysis based on Scopus database with the help of R software has been done to figure out the influence of GHRM practices to promote sustainability. In this analysis, 68 documents are analysed on GHRM practices and sustainability. The intent of this research is to probe the publication trend, key articles and top journals in GHRM. Three words are combined with logical operators, 'TITLE-ABS-KEY (green AND human AND resource AND management AND practices AND organisational AND sustainability OR corporate AND sustainability) ' for Scopus database search. Further comprehensive literature is conducted with the help of backward citation searching process for elaborated research. The study reveals that concept of GHRM is of paramount importance when dealing with sustainability issues in organisational context.
