Abstract: In the face of rising business uncertainties and increasing disruptions, supply chains around the world are exposed to diverse shocks, resulting in substantial financial losses for shareholders, compromised customer experiences, and unprecedented societal crises. Over the last few decades, these disruptions have increased in both frequency and intensity, making it imperative for firms to innovate and build resilience as part of their supply chain strategy. This research investigates the determinants of an innovation culture and examines how these factors impact the resilience of the supply chains of manufacturing firms. The study builds upon gaps identified in the existing literature and findings from scholarly articles, identifying six independent variables as key determinants of an innovation culture that influences supply chain resilience. A survey was conducted with over 500 participants, including supply chain professionals, innovation advisors, business leaders, and digital technology specialists associated with manufacturing firms. The relationships between the construct variables were analysed using structural equation modelling (SEM) through ADANCO 2.2.0.
