Abstract: The skin is the body's largest organ and covers the external surface. It shields the body against pathogens, abrasion, heat, and irritants in many different ways. From newborns to the elderly, skin issues impact everyone and can be harmful in many kinds of ways. Skin disorders have an impact on the body as well as the mind. Any skin condition, according to Ayurveda, is caused by an imbalance in our body's doshas and dhatus. This illness is referred to as vicharchika in Ayurveda. Itching, itchy skin, swelling, reddening, dryness, and flaking are the hallmarks of eczema. Rashes are caused by skin scratches. It affects the breasts, groin, armpits, umbilicus, nasolabial folds, ears, and central face. It also affects the scalp, which is characterised by scaling (dandruff) when eczema is present. Here, our research team implements an ayurvedic procedure to treat a group of patients suffering from eczema. Depending on the patient's condition, Ayurvedic treatments like dhoopanam (medicated fumigation), lepam (local application of medicated herbs), and oral medicines can also be efficiently administered. The manuscript presents the significant improvement of use of Ayurvedic material and herbal treatment over registered participants.
