Abstract: Issue 6 of the International Journal of Learning and Intellectual Capital features a collection of four papers addressing crucial issues for organisational competitiveness today, ranging from the role of intellectual capital and employees well-being to innovation and business resilience. It includes two empirical studies focusing on Indonesia and Nigeria, respectively. This issue aims to foster dialogue within academic and business communities and to identify new policies, strategies, and actions to enhance competitiveness in the digital age.
