Abstract: Issue 5 of the International Journal of Learning and Intellectual Capital presents a collection of five papers that address critical challenges faced by companies and regions in the digital era. The issue covers topics ranging from economic prosperity and knowledge sharing to green intellectual capital and intellectual capital reporting. It offers both conceptual frameworks and empirical evidence that illuminate key issues relevant to businesses and governments. The innovative concepts and empirical findings are expected to stimulate valuable discussions among academics, researchers, policymakers, and other stakeholders with an interest in Asian economies and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Insights from studies conducted in the GCC, India, and Vietnam will contribute to lively debate and help shape pathways for the twin transition.
Keywords: critical challenges; conceptual frameworks; digital era.
