Abstract: This paper enhances supply chain resilience using complex network analysis and intelligent optimisation. A heterogeneous network model is built to identify node dependencies and vulnerabilities. Q-learning and PSO algorithms optimise resource allocation, inventory, and transportation paths while a dynamic adjustment mechanism based on fuzzy logic adapts to real-time feedback. Compared to existing methods, our approach shows shorter recovery times (18.4 h, 18.19 h, 17.35 h for supplier failure, transportation delay, and demand fluctuation), stronger network connectivity, and higher resource utilisation. This demonstrates improved proactive resilience and the ability to cope with external shocks.

Keywords: heterogeneous supply chain network; complex network analysis; intelligent collaborative optimisation; risk prediction; dynamic adjustment mechanism.
