Education quality evaluation data is collected through knowledge graph, and input into RBF neural network to obtain the education quality evaluation results. Based on the evaluation results of education quality, strategies of empowering education development with AI in the digital age are proposed from the aspects of building a smart education ecosystem, promoting personalised teaching, improving teacher teaching efficiency and quality, and promoting educational innovation and international cooperation. Case test results show that the proposed method achieves a maximum teaching objective achievement rate of 98.47%, a maximum teaching resource utilisation rate of 97.96%, and a maximum learning performance of 94.15%.
