Abstract: With the rapid development of modern economy, many enterprises begin to introduce modern management mode. However, decision makers often cannot work out the best strategic management plan due to the limitation of their own information access, which makes the benefits of enterprises fall short of expectations or cause the waste of enterprise resources. The Internet of Things integrates all aspects of information related to people's products, quietly changing people's lifestyles, and is undoubtedly the trend of future development. This paper studies the evaluation algorithm of enterprise strategy management method based on IoT big data, and focuses on the intelligent calculation of enterprise IoT big data. The experimental data show that the accuracy rate of strategic management evaluation is 98.23%. In the survey sample, the fastest survey time of the algorithm is eight minutes, and the user satisfaction is as high as 90%.
