Abstract: It is the policy of Inderscience to withdraw from publication any paper if subsequent to publication it becomes matter of dispute about intellectual property, publishing ethics or legal issues. In this case, the paper has been withdrawn from publication at the authors’ request. This retraction was undertaken voluntarily by the authors in accordance with scientific rigour and self-discipline, following the discovery of data errors, and does not constitute a retraction due to academic misconduct.
