Abstract: This paper evaluates a web-based assessment tool for learning grammar at the primary school level. This tool is an e-assessment application which provides users with the opportunity to practice their grammar online and receive constant feedback on how well they are doing. The aim of this study was to investigate what affordances of the web-based assessment tool were perceived by the students. These findings will then be examined to provide a better understanding about the benefits and limitations of the use of such a web-based tool.
