Abstract: Analysis of turbulence characteristics in the confined space has been emphasised in the strengthen grinding, and it is the main point and a difficult point in the research of fluid theory. For the purpose of studying the technological parameters of strengthen grinding and obtaining its characteristic signal group, the curve fitting's impact on turbulence locus's structuring is discussed and then be quantitatively evaluated. Through the meshing of flow field the turbulence tracing particle's locus is calibrated, then with the measurement of velocities and directions of these particles' motion, different typical algorithms of curve fitting are selected for structuring the model of turbulence locus. On the basis of calculating these locus models' mathematical characteristics, the impact disciplines exerted by curve structuring are quantified by repeated experiments. The impact discipline is analysed thus the final conclusions are reached. The impact mechanism and internal relationship between the curve fittings and the structuring of turbulence locus are established. The technology reference and research idea for turbulence monitoring in the process of strengthen grinding are also be provided.
