Abstract: The world woke up to the news of the coronavirus disease of 2019; (COVID-19) pandemic grabbing its claws on all aspects of life; bringing most human beings' activities to stand still. Jordan, as all countries, was not immune to the pandemic; academics and students had to adjust and be part of this abrupt transition by finding ways to embrace distance education, not as part of blended education, where traditional and distance forms are combined, but as a comprehensive individual means of imparting and obtaining education. The aim of this study is to measure the level of students' satisfaction in Prince Abdullah bin Ghazi Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Al-Balqa Applied University: on the quality of the online courses and the distance education experience driven by the pandemic. The results of this study show that there are gender-related differences in the perceptions of the quality of the online courses and distance education.
