  • Inderscience Editor received Excellence Award

     

    Professor Constantin Zopounidis, Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Multicriteria Decision Making and the International Journal of Financial Engineering and Risk Management, received the Technical University of Crete Excellence Award 2016 in acknowledgment of his research work in the area of multicriteria analysis. This work has a direct impact on business as well as government decision making. The ceremony took place on Friday 16 December in the Centre of Mediterranean Architecture in Crete, where Professor Zopounidis gave a keynote speech.

    Prof. Ali Selamat from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in Malaysia has been appointed to take over editorship of the International Journal of Digital Enterprise Technology.

    Prof. Gilberto Espinosa-Paredes from Universidad Autnoma Metropolitana-Iztapalapa in Mexico has been appointed to take over editorship of the International Journal of Nuclear Safety and Security.

    Dr. Xun Xu from California State University, Stanislaus in the USA has been appointed to take over editorship of the International Journal of Logistics Economics and Globalisation.

  • IJ Family Business and Regional Development announces best paper/reviewer awards

     

    The International Journal of Family Business and Regional Development has announced two awards emanating from the Editor-in-Chief. 1) The Best Paper Award will be awarded by the Editor-in-Chief in the amount of U.S. $750 to the author(s) of the best paper published in an entire volume. In addition, the author(s) of the best paper will be provided with a subscription to the journal for 1 year. 2) The Best Reviewer Award will be also awarded by the Editor-in-Chief in the amount of U.S. $250 to one reviewer for an entire volume of publication based upon quality of review and the number of reviews undertaken, and will also be awarded a 1-year subscription to the journal.
