Abstract: This paper presents a multi-objective model of periodic review inventory problem in a two-stage supply chain by incorporating some uncertainty parameters. A solution procedure is developed to solve the proposed multi-objective possibilistic mixed integer programming inventory model and to provide a systematic framework for fuzzy decision-making process enabling the decision makers to adjust the decision to obtain a more preferred satisfactory solution. The proposed model and solution method are validated through a numerical test. The result shows that the proposed model not only obtains a promising result which produces more balanced solutions set, but also provides a decision-making support to identify critical objective and gives a realistic recommendation for improvement from the perspective of strategic and operational aspect. Lastly, this study provides some insights to make the result feasible to apply in both decentralised and centralised system.
