Abstract: India with its growing population is offering a huge business opportunity to the customer acquiring firms. As a result more firms are seeking ways to enter the gateway of India. It has been observed that the rise in country's GDP is increasing the disposable income of the Indians and thus influencing their purchasing power. It is expected that the number of players in these sectors will not be able to fulfil the needs of the increasing customer base.
