Abstract: A concrete structure has to maintain its structural performance over required levels. It can be achieved both with sufficient durability design and maintenance work based on the concept of life-cycle management. This paper presents the concepts of life-cycle management for formulating and subsequently modifying the life-cycle scenario regarding structural performance assurance in relation to the initial durability design.
