International Journal of Trade and Global Markets (IJTGM), Vol. 18, No. 2/3, 2023

Abstract: The purpose of the paper is to determine the contribution and develop recommendations for the management of intellectual economic growth in the 'knowledge economy' for the development of international trade in modern global markets. The uniqueness of the paper is achieved due to a new interpretation of the results of international trade in modern global markets, which involves taking into account international trade in goods, services, and capital. A significant part of the increase in foreign trade turnover of high-tech goods (an increase of 57.24%) and foreign trade turnover of ICT services (an increase of 159.42%) can be achieved on the basis of intellectual economic growth in the "knowledge economy". This will increase the foreign trade turnover of goods and services by 137.99%, the balance of foreign trade in goods and services by 285.91%, and the foreign trade turnover of capital by 351.11%.
