The prime objective of this paper has been coined in the above line of thought and examines the importance of the KM enablers in the implementation of KMP model in manufacturing industry through the perspective of executives. In this regard, data were collected from 200 executives from 24 different types of manufacturing industries in Tamil Nadu, India through structured, validated and standardised questionnaire. The results from one way ANOVA and Pearson product moment correlation technique clearly showed the significant role of KM enablers in the knowledge management practice. Further, the data fit of this study also has been confirmed through structural equation modelling approach.
