Abstract: In order to reduce the incidence of vehicle injury accidents in non-coal mines, a quantitative risk assessment method based on fuzzy bow-tie model is proposed. First, the bow-tie model of vehicle injury accidents in non-coal mines is established. Then, the fuzzy failure probability of vehicle injury accidents is calculated by using fuzzy set theory and expert evaluation method. Finally, the risk value of non-coal mines vehicle injury accident consequence is obtained based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Taking a mine vehicle injury accident as an example, the results show that the probability of vehicle injury accident is 2.104×10−2, and the risk value is 4.319×10−6. Based on the above risk assessment, the risk prevention and control measures for vehicle injury accidents in non-coal mines are proposed, which provides theoretical support for emergency management of vehicle injury accidents in mines.
