Introducing micro-computers for strategic impact

Abstract: A qualitative study was undertaken to obtain an indication of the procedures which companies have used to introduce PCs to achieve a strategic impact. The findings indicate that innovative approaches to the introduction of PCs are achieved only with the involvement of top management and the Data Processing Department.
