Abstract: Service-oriented solutions in general and on-demand provision of services in particular have impacted organisations and end consumers of services in many application domains. Attention is turning to addressing the challenge of managing service resources and providing effective solutions through adequate dynamic identification and invocation of services. Resulting research problems in the area of services management include questions such as how to effectively manage and execute knowledge about services and the contexts in which they are requested. In this paper, we propose an innovative services management infrastructure for services integration that is applicable in a broad range of scenarios. We discuss our conceptual solution framework and research prototype implementation using e-health scenarios to illustrate its utility. The main contribution of the research presented is an innovative combination of areas such as context-aware computing, knowledge-based computing and service computing to enable dynamic on-demand solution delivery based on our context-aware services management framework.
