Entrepreneurship: an Islamic perspective

Abstract: This paper considers religion as an explanatory variable for entrepreneurial behaviour. It examines the role religion plays in the entrepreneurial behaviour of those who adhere to the Islamic faith and a model is proposed to examine such behaviour in future research.
