PRISM: examining strategies for implementing satellite-delivered continuing education in Europe

Abstract: A range of practical approaches has been identified in order to facilitate the introduction of satellite-delivered continuing education to professionals in small and medium-sized enterprises, and user trials have been undertaken in three European countries. The background to the trials and the pedagogic issues arising from their evaluation are discussed, and possible directions for future development are outlined.
