Abstract: The main objective of this work is to simulate premixed turbulent flame in an adiabatic closed vessel using Monte Carlo scalar PDF transport method in two-dimensional geometry. We try principally to define turbulent flame characteristics during flame front propagation as: flame mean radius, flame turbulent radius, flame-wrinkling rate, flame-brush thickness and turbulent flame velocity. It is worth noting that the flame Kernel in the two-dimensional configuration grows having a wrinkled circular shape. Furthermore, the flame mean radius and the flame turbulent radius enhance more rapidly when increasing turbulence intensity or equivalence ratio.
