The analysis of the public administration officers' education background

Abstract: This paper focuses on the survey results of the public administration officers' education background in project partner countries – Spain, Greece, Poland and Czech Republic. This project is financed from European programme Leonardo da Vinci (No. PL/04/B/F/PP/174425). The goal of the presented project is to find the officers' training needs and according to this to find the education topics. When we will have the topic, the project can continue in e-learning course preparation.
