Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between organisational culture (OC), training and interpersonal communication (IC), and their impact on employee turnover in the hospitality industry in Iran using the social exchange theory (SET) and interpersonal theory of personality (ITP). Hence, a theoretical model is proposed and tested on a sample of 300 Iranian hotel employees working in the luxury segment in Isfahan, Iran. The results suggest that OC has a statistically significant effect on training and IC, however no statistically significant effect was found between OC and Iran's turnover intention. Analysing the data using partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM), this study's findings suggest that there is a link between SET and ITP theories. Also, there has been an improvement in the Iranian hospitality industry's luxury segment due to OC, IC and training development.
