Abstract: As one of the most valuable and promising technologies in the new era, nanotechnology affects or changes people's lives. As the core of nanotechnology, nanomaterials change the structure of traditional materials, which makes them have new characteristics and application advantages, and opens up a new path for the development of materials. In the field of personal care products, the emergence of nanotechnology means the relevant drug factors can achieve a stable and lasting connection with the biological surface, so it has a better nursing effect and a relatively stable safety factor. Based on this, first of all, this paper will analyse and study the research status and related research results of personal care products under nanotechnology, and then will specifically analyse and study the definition of nano attributes of personal care products and the corresponding safety analysis and evaluation, and give the corresponding methods to distinguish personal care products with nano components. Finally, taking an oral care product nano hydrogel as an example, we will analyse its corresponding product efficacy, the construction of nano matrix and the corresponding pharmaceutical analysis, and then give an intuitive analysis and evaluation process.
